The Buffalo Adjunct Movement (BAM) is a local effort to organize adjunct professors. In support of this effort, BAM will be holding a grade-in at the downtown library on Friday, October 24th starting at 3:00pm. The event will meet at Lafayette Square at 3pm and march to the library, where adjuncts will grade their students' work in public in order to highlight the issues adjuncts face such as job insecurity, low pay, and much more. Attendees are encouraged to use their creativity, bring signs that express their grievances, and invite students.
